“Black Live Matters” Protestors And Police Face Off In Cities Worldwide

Some undesirable incidents have developed today in respect of ongoing and worldwide protests against the killing in the U.S.A of African American, Mr George Floyd by a white policeman who was captured on camera as he kept his knee on Mr Floyd’s neck for nine minutes while Floyd pleaded for his life saying over and over “I cant breathe” as he lay handcuffed on the street

His last words are now the rallying cry for protestors as they challenge racism and institutionalized bigotry.

Another instance of a black person pdying at the hands of a white policeman. this time though the world seems outraged at this senseless act and protests have sprung up worldwide some leading to clashes with authorities

In Washington D.C police have used force to push protesters back from the White House as people continue to demonstrate following the death in custody of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

Protesters have been pepper-sprayed at Sydney’s Central Station after a largely peaceful protest in the city and a rally in London turned violent with a police officer thrown from his horse after it was spooked.

Also what began as a peaceful protest near Cal Anderson Park turned tense as Seattle police used crowd control tactics to try and disperse the crowd with flash bangs.
