25-year-old Nation Newspaper photojournalist, Christoff Griffith one of two men killed on Monday June 22, at Bishop’s Court while covering a story was eulogized by his father Sergeant Christopher Griffith as he celebrated the life of his son at the Gymnasium of the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex
Mr Griffith spoke of his son being the “tripod of their lives” as he was the eldest of three siblings
For nearly thirty minutes mourners paid rapt attention as Mr Griffith calmly and with measured voice explained how young Christoff was ” was the protective life of the trip over his two siblings, making sure that no one did them any harm or they would have to answer to him”
He spoke too of the young man’s for his family, for mother Sonia, and brothers Chad and Shaquan.
The body was later taken to the Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment
