Dear Valued Customer(s), Merry Christmas from all of us to all of you. Please note our Miami office will be closed from Thursday December 24th and will reopen on Monday December 28th 2020.The Barbados office will close early on Christmas Eve (Thursday Dec 24, 2020) and will remain closed on Christmas Day (Friday Dec 25, 2020) thru Christmas and Boxing Day (Saturday Dec 26, 2020). We have extended our opening hours to accommodate the releasing of packages to all of our valued Customers as follows. Saturday December 19, 2020 – 9AM to 4PM Monday December 21, 2020 – 8AM to 6PM Tuesday December 22, 2020 – 8AM to 6PM Wednesday December 23, 2020 – 8AM to 6PM Thursday December 24, 2020 – 8AM to 2PM* Kindly take note of the above and arrange your collection accordingly. NB: Storage Charges on items which have arrived in Barbados and cleared from the airport will be fully enforced from January 2021. All items remaining uncleared 30 calendar days after notification will incur storage charges as follows. *31 days to 60 days after notification – BBD$5.00 per day.* *After 61 days – Any uncleared cargo in Barbados will be destroyed.* Kindly ensure to add our emails express@cifbarbados.com and customerservice@cifexpressusa.com to your email provider white list(s) to avoid missing our important notices regarding cargo arrivals or other general notices. This is necessary to avoid our notices going into your SPAM or Junk Mail Folders. Do make periodic checks of your Junk/Spam folders to ensure this is not the case.
