The Ministry of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs has advised persons who require caregiver passes that they should visit the Barbados Integrated Government Portal and download the State of Emergency Pass form.
The completed form should be emailed to caregiver@barbados.gov.bb. Once approved, the pass will be delivered to their mobile device via SMS (text message).
Only persons who require passes during the curfew hours of 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. should apply.
The Ministry of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs reminds the public that it has set up a helpline to assist vulnerable persons on a 24-hour basis.

Mail may be delivered to the Ministry via the mailbox located on the Ground Floor, Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.
