The Ministry of International Business and Industry will reopen its office tomorrow, Thursday, May 13, at 8:15 a.m., as staff members have received negative results, following their second test for COVID-19.
The office, located on the 8th Floor, Baobab Tower, St. Michael, was closed after an employee was confirmed positive, following a second test.
The Ministry wishes to reiterate that the officer had been working remotely since taking the first test and had not been in physical contact with the office. However, out of an abundance of caution, officers were tested.
In addition, the office has been sanitised. The Ministry wishes to thank members of the public for their patience and cooperation, as staff continue to pray for their colleague at this time.
