Our Photographer was shown a discarded COVID 19 red quarantine armband ( PICTURED ABOVE ) in the car park of Rockley beach by the security there. The beach security went on to disclose that was the 4th that he came across recently.
This is certainly a risk to others on the beach that might come in contact with them should their result come back positive with the virus.
Stricter regulations must be enforced by the Ministry of Health one of which a guest / visitor must have on the armband which can be removed only by them when the result is returned of their condition and should the armband be removed then a charge and a heavy fine should be imposed on the guest.
